If i'm not mistaken the badge on the nose is that of Marcos. But don't ask me what one it is

I was thinking MX5 based, something looked very japanese about it, the windscreen pillars I think.... but the wheelbase looked a little long!

Take it you were typing your last when we both posted the answer. i looked in to them a couple of years ago very quick cars if you use a type ra or the likes as the Doner scooby very light and with around 300bhp out a standard engine with 4wd good fun.
