hi im a new memeber and also currently dont own a car but looking to purchase mine soon, im a student and 20 years old and looking for something cheap and easy to run, anyone have any ideas what kinda car would be good for me?

Welcome... I'd suggest something cheap, and fun... Seriously, don't worry about getting anything flash for your first car. Fiesta, corsa, Clio, etc, are all decent cars to get going in, and you can build up your NCB.

about a grand, tbh it only really needs to last me a year or two until i leave uni and can get a propper wage.

I would recommend a Ford Fiesta mk 4 (1997). I really enjoyed mine, and it was cheap on insurance.

yeh i was thinking mabye a fiesta or a 106, my main worrys is going to be my insurance, will the fact that im 20 and not 17 help my insurance price at all?
