A folk think a Golf GTI is a performance bargain I will admit the price doesn't include an engine but you can normally get one of those by looking in a ditch on a bikers favourite road.

I was talking to someone who owned one and he said 0 to 100 was under 6 seconds.

I can see why single seaters are popular for the sprints and hills

Who needs power when it weighs 350Kg

You could put a 70Bhp engine out of a Nissan micra in it and get 200Bhp/ton
