Wheel arch and bumpe scuff

A colleague reversed into my car today and scuffed the bumper very slightly and wheel arch extension ( factory fitted body kit ).
Neither scuffs will be able to be polished out.
Car is one year old Volvo C30 R design.
Looking for opinions on repairs like " Chips away " mobile type repair outfits.
Or should I put it into a proper bodyshop ?

Any idea on price I could give to my colleague?

Some Chips Away franchises are great, some are crap. The same to be said for Body-shops. Probably easier if you could give us a picture?
