Boat improvement has begun......

I was wondering how to refresh my GRP on the old Colvic?

I have seen these 2 products and wondered if anyone had used them and had an opinion and if there was anything better on the market?

3M Marine Super Duty Rubbing Compound 500ml - http://www.force4.co.uk/8800/3M-Marine-Super-Duty-...

3M Ultra Performance Paste & Wax 269g - http://www.force4.co.uk/8799/3M-Ultra-Performance-...

It appears I can use these products with my Kestral DAS-6. So would hopefully make life easier.

Starbrite hull cleaner first before you do any buffing or polishing.

Ok looked into this stuff, do you think that this would be good as a first step in a 3 step cleaning process on the deck and all white GRP bits? (the other 2 steps being the 2 products listed above)

Will it work in restoring the original colour? Have you used it? smile

Yes that is the way forward.
All three...also if there is ingrained dirt in the grip deck use bathroom cream cleaner first then starbrite and 3m products.
