Suspension bushes etc

Well yesterday i started stripping out the rear suspension, managed to remove all the passenger side rear, but then started raining so have left the drivers side for now.
I'll do the front once the rear is done.
unfortunately never had a big enough socket (41mm)? for the drive shaft nut so used a hammer and metal chisel and it moved surprisingly easy.
Took the wish bones and upright to work to remove the bushes using the press and good thing i did i think as i didn't fancy burning them out and cutting them out.
Got all the bushes out and cleaned them all in the paraffin tank and they are all in really good condition, powder coat is all fine.
My plan was to get them all shot blasted and redone but they are okay, just need to paint the small adjustable one, even managed to get the long threaded part out of the lower easy enough after ordering two yesterday.
Might as well fit the new poly bushes tomorrow for something to do, although can't fit them yet due to working.
A few progress photos, got some new gaz gold pro's to go on as well, but so far so good.

All bushes are now fitted to the rear passenger side, and hope to fit that tomorrow and take the other side down and get on with a few little jobs, whilst i wait to take it back to work next week to get the old bushes out again. If i had the room i would buy a press. One bush took 10tonnes of pressure to get out
Have managed to fit all the suspension components to the passenger rear now, just need to jack the suspension up to fit the ARB drop link, re fit the hand brake mech, disc and caliper.
I have also been able to remove the drivers side, so will do the same with that, going to pop into work to use the hydraulic press and paraffin tank tomorrow which will speed things up greatly as i'll be able to finish the rear off by monday.
Unfortunately i did fine two loose bolts on the upper diff mount which i tried to tighten and they just span, so looking for a new hydratrak back plate if anyone knows where to get one, that or i'll heli coil the back plate.

Been busy again the last couple of day, even doing a few things on nights at work, which repairing the diff back plate, welding me hand brake actuator, making stainless steel spacers for the undertray on the lathe. kept me busy and away from the mess room and sitting on my arse.
The rear is nearly all back together. just need to refit my cats (MOT time), fit the rest of the exhaust, adjust the handbrake after refitting it the hand brake lever is going sky wards, where as before was about 3 clicks and held (ish) tried adjusting up the shoes today but no good so may have to remove the heat shield and adjust it further up the cable.

All back together now, CATs back on, ride height set, and sitting at 150mm, hand brake adjusted so waiting on it to settle, moved it around my drive to face the other direction and think i've snapped one of the hand brake cables, which is really annoying seeing has i had just adjusted it and re riveted the heat shield back in place. but will finished the front of and investigate further. luckily i have all the handbrake parts spare in a box so if something has snapped can swap it straight out. just time is getting closer and closer for a car show next weekend, and start back working on days on friday, so lots to do tomorrow to remove all the front suspension.
