Top Gear Show recording

Have put this in general gassing but thought i would try you lot aswell...

Silly question but anyone on here been to see a recording of top gear? Ive heard rumours of despite having tickets, not getting entry as its first come, first served. Any recommendations for how early to get there, doors seem to open at 1.30pm.

went a couple of years back ... never heard of not getting in ..

what happened..

1. arrived at main gate ... think we were given wrist bans then ..
2. Parked up .. waited around ..
3. Some person shouts out .. this way ..

That's about it once you are in their shed ..
