Saxo 1.4 Crank locking Pin

This is doing my head in!

Does anyone know where the little hole is to lock the crank in order to get the cam belt off?

Its a 8mm hole at the lower part of the cylinder block facing the fly wheel (exhaust manifold side).If its a later model with paper oil filter I always remove the plastic oil filter container as its a sod to get at.
