Hello,

I am looking to refurb two bathrooms in my flat.

Bathroom 1 - This is larger of the two and currently has a toilet, basin and bathtub / shower combo.

My initial plan was to remove the bath and replace the furniture but I am come to realisation that I don't like the matt finish travertine style tiles and prefer the gloss look.

So, my plan is to update the bathroom with some modern touches to make it look really good - but where to start?
I really want to have a walkin style shower / wet room style set up and a minimalistic sink & modern toilet and fully re tile with gloss tiles.

Bathroom 2 - Small shower room with basin and toilet.

Completely retile / replace shower & retain current toilet / basin.

I am looking for some inspiration, so please show us some good ideas!

Bathrooms are something I have often found very difficult to convey by photographs - so much of it is lighting / tactile feel thing. Get touring some showrooms is probably the best way to "be inspired".

Shout me if you are looking for a contractor, I work with a guy who does nice work in central London.

The pics with hot pinks either walls or mosaics are Mrs BFB's b'room which sound like the sort of thing you're discussing. The beige limestone one is mine, but a different style to your requirements.
