creakynoise from PAS?

Just went home from a 200 Mile trip. Everything went fine until I went to a parking lot and noticed a very loud creaky noise (sounds somewhat like rubber on glass)if I turned the steering wheel. If I turn the steeringwheel over the stop the sound is consistent and very loud. What could that be. I have PAS, and I believe there could be something with the Servo oil since steering is a little heavier as usual (I believe) when stationary.

Any opinion highly welcome!

Time to check the PAS fluid level.

steeing rack can be tightened, i have this problem at the moment (no power steering though)
