Hi there PH community!!

Im trying to trace the history of my '00 Tuscan. The reg today is K10 bhp, but I found the old plates that show W177 EOL and have furnhurst motors on the bottom of the plate. Furnhurst have no history, except that they serviced the car. She is rolex blue with a grey interior. Unique details are as follows. Chassis an body build dates are 3/1/00 and 6/1/00, so she is early. She also has no upper door trim leather trim. There is just the aluminum finisher. The engine has been identified by Plasticman as having the early cams!??

Am I correct in thinking I can trace the history via the dvla if nothing comes up on here?

I am also looking for the history on a Rosso Red Pearl 2 Mk1 Tuscan, current reg X322 WVK but was on a private plate at some stage. Painted in Nov 2000 and registered early 2001.

Any help appreciated, and I'll be watching how you get on Martin.

Supplied by Team Central TVR, guess at March 2000 as I ordered W171 EOL, Rosso Chim.

If you are a TVRCC member they are likley to hold the build specifcations and factory history etc.

Just got the V5 and was registered in 06/06/2000. Does the reg indicate who registered it/sold it orignially?

Did you manage to find out the name of the company, the chaps name? It would be very helpful if I could trace the history.
Cheers

Hi,

I managed to get through to the owner, but he said that he's had lots of cars since then (circa 40) and can't remeber any specifics, except that it had a good service history and he sold it on to a private buyer. My last lead is the A1 Hire 0800 number on the bottom of the number plate. So far this has resulted in a dead end.

Cheers for the help,

Martin
