is the pre-made stop access panel for walls/ plasterboard

hi, i've got plasterer in tomorrow who is skimming our walls, in one of the nibs i had a mains sop cock that i need access to, i wanted him to cut a hole in the plasterboard and then i can fit a plastic or rubber access panel to it. If i can find something online then give him the measurements then he can leave a big enough hole there and plaster round the rest of it.

for the life of me not sure if such a thing is made.

I am pretty certain that is the overall size though rather than the size of the hole needed
