The last of the T350s

Seeing various threads about numbers produced etc, there always seem to be inconsistencies.
So, who on PH has a late (factory) build?
Mine was March 2006 IIRC, any others out there later?
Was it Oct 06 the factory shut?
The T350 has ceased production & had been dropped from the range before the factory closed (Dec 2006) so I'd be thinking yours would be one of the last ones. So, who on PH has a late (factory) build?

If you go to the website I suggested ( how many left?) you can see the registrations in 2010 by year of manufacture.
In 2010 there were 10 cars recorded that were manufactured in 2006, 2 from 2007 cars and 2 from 2008.

I presumme mine was built in 2006. It`s actually registered 1st March 2008 (08 plate). It was one of the last 2 sold by the receivers to David Gerald, so i`m guessing it stood in the factory for a while. the last 4 numbers of the chassis number are 1258, if that is anything to go by.

I think there were a number of part finished cars in progress when it shut, or at least that's what I saw in photos.
So yours was either finished there or by DG. What does it say in your manual?

That site refers to cars that were 'registered' or licenced not 'manufactured' in those years. In 2010 there were 10 cars recorded that were manufactured in 2006, 2 from 2007 cars and 2 from 2008.
As I previously mentioned the T350 had been dropped from the range quite a while before the factory closed and AFAIK there where no unfinished Tamoras or T350s in the factory when it closed. The frequently touted picture of cars lined up in teh closed factory showed only Tuscans and Sags.
Those were not the only unfinished cars as I have a list of cars that were offered for sale by TVR and again the only cars on there where Sagaris and Tuscans and contained cars that ranged from almost finished vehiles to ones that were merely bodies and chassis.
Brand new cars hung around in dealers for quite a while after the factory closed and Cicley in Preston had two or three Sags, several Tuscans and a Tamora that where unregistred for a couple of years.

If you read it more carefully, you will see that I said "you can see the 'registrations' in 2010 by year of manufacture....in 2010 there were 10 cars recorded that were manufactured in 2006..."

Ah, my mistake, but the first time I went to that page it mustn't have loaded properly as I didn't see the two lower graphs you where referring to, but you still referred to cars registered that were manufactured in 2007 & 2008, that's how I read it anyway.

I guess thats an '05 VIN... '06s only went up about 1090 ....Check the year code (this was for Cerbs but same principle applies to all TVRs,just different body codes)You can check the engine number to see what year the engine is too
