Admin Help required, i have been a member for many years, i joined with my old e mail address (ukonline.co.uk) owned by Rupert Murdoch who decided to pull the plug without telling users, my original user name is Frenchy ([e-mail]) i have forgotten my password for this account............DOH !!
When prompted for password reset the e mail will be sent to my old no longer existing e mail address.
I have subsribed using my daughters details to enable me to post, how do i retreive my ols PH username, post count etc.

Are you sure you haven't forgotten to check a certain hotmail address ending in 84?

[e-mail] is not registered to Frenchy.

Please enlighten me, have i used an old e mail address to initialy register ? you can PM me on [e-mail]

From what I can see you have the email addy correct you just haven't got your username correct.
