Salon Prive 2011 Syon Park - Some pictures of the Supercars

Hi there,

Today has to be one of the best motoring days out I have ever had the pleasure of attending.
Salon Prive has moved to Syon Park for 2011 and this new venue has really allowed the show to spread its wings. As well as the new car manufacturers (mainly supercars), there was the superb concours d'elegance and the stunning RM Auctions display.

Am working through the supercars tonight, and will post the concours and the auction pictures in the next few days.

Weather was pants, but the free umbrellas helped a little bit. Good thing about rain is it keeps the people from crowding round the cars.

I am going to start off with my personal favourite. Might seem a strange one, but someone has had the balls to do this. Loose the door stripes and I reckon its perfect.









Next tucked away in the concours area was this stunning White Carrera GT. This car is currently up for sale with Hexagon Classics. Its car number 985 of the 1270 produced and is finished in Carrera White with a Red Hide. Apparently one of only two factory built cars in white.





Nice to see Lamborghini with a prescence again this year. Shame the Aventador still looks like a plastic mock up with its middle east spec dark windscreen







Nice pair !! a Superleggera and a Performante





Bugatti bought along two Veyrons, although the Supersports looks just wrong with the Silver wheels







Very nice Bentley Mulsanne



and the Aston Martin One 77 looking lovely in the rain



Ferrari 4x4 makes its world debut (well not really, but if your going to park your F50 up on display then don't forget to lower the front raise system)

Ok, second batch now uploaded.

Lets start with Aston Martin. Firstly the new Virage





then the Vantage S





then the new baby the Cygnet



found lurking in the RM Auctions display a stunning Vantage





lastly this delicious V12 Vantage was in the car park



Ferrari 458, looked strangely bland next to some of the other cars



and again another stunner tucked away in the car park



Land Rover had a couple of Evoques on display, great looking car but this one was £43k !!!

This was very stealth - Maserati MC Stradale



Facelifted Maybach 57S



Noble M600 - production car in a very pretty red





and the press car in the car park



A good show from Spyker with plenty of cars on display









Lastly Salon Prive saw the world debut of the production version of the Hennessey Venom GT - its a monster !!

I though this looked quite good in the press shots, but in these pics it just looks deformed!

Agree, it looks like an Exige that`s been to Halfrauds.
