Sensors?

I think I know the answer but before I consider buying anything are 'coolant temperature sensor', 'cold start sensor' and 'engine temperature sensor' all the same thing on a V8 wedge?

Do they all plug into the inlet manifold?

No.

Yes (I think).

Engine Temp Sensor goes to the ECU and is next to the "Thermotime Switch" - which is for the Cold Start.

The sensor for the temp gauge is in a different spot - from memory near the thermostat elbow??

The temp sensor. Is on the offside side of the engine above #8 plug if I remember right
