Engine Code for a 2001 Mini One

Hi All,

Can anyone let me know the engine code for a 2001 Mini One 1.6?

My daughter has 'lunched' her engine through lack of oil checking and general carelessness

So far, I have W10 B16 - AA ?? Anyone know if this is correct?

Also, tried DMS and findapart.com, any other places to enquire?

Would like one with as low mileage as possible obviously, but how can you tell if it's second hand / salvaged?
