Landlord Question

I rent my old house which is a terrace. The neighbour has complained and is complaining about the tenants. He has turned his front garden into off road parking including dropping the curbs. No probs. But as the front are narrow avery time any car parks even mm over the edge of his drive he involves the police. He keeps threatening to prosecute me the landlord as it apears he thinks I am responsible for visitors to the property and elswhere in the street. Does anyone know the landlords position on this issue.

Was the Kerb dropped by a council approved contractor and with the correct permit from the council?

Yes it was all done by approved contractors. Hes just got no life!!

Think that say's it all, the guy obviously has nothing better to do than be a pain. I can't see how your tenant or their visitors park is your problem. Sounds like he is just a pain of a neighbour, if you resolve the parking issue (which by the sounds of it isn't a real problem) he will soon find something else to moan about.
