Tyre Help? Toyo R888 185/60 R14

Hi all, my dad is struggling to get some slicks for his Tiger Cat E1, the ones he has currently are Toyo R888 185/60 R14. He's spoken to tiger racing and they can't get hold of any. He needs some that are road legal but isn't sure whether the ones he has currently are legal. Does anyone have any idea where he could get any? He only needs 2 for the front but thought i'd ask on here incase there's anyone in the know. I can provide pictures if needed.
