power steering leak

Hi Guys
Im still in the honeymoon period with my new cerb and long may it continue.
I was wondering if anyone else has come across the problem i have at the moment.
I noticed the power steering was getting louder and louder every time i drive it, i have had a look under the car and i do have some fluid on the underside of the car.
I am planning on getting it checked out by a specialist but was just wondering if anyone might have an idea of what it might be as it may be a small fix that i could resolve myself.
Any advise will be much appreciated.

Fluid on the underside of the car may be a leak where the shaft that connects to the steering column enters the rack.
There are a couple of seals in there and they do leak.
Remove the cover panel between the rad and the engine and / or remove the cover under the car and you should be able to see if the leak is there.
If the leak is there it is possible to just remove that section and replace the seals.
It's fiddly but still easier than removing a complete rack.

It turned out to be one of the rubbers was leaking but not as bad as i thought.
I have put Wynns power steering fluid stop leak into the system for a try which i was alittle unsure about, but it was recomended to me by a transmission specialist.
To be honest it has worked so far but i am going to take it off in the winter and get it repaired.

Hope so, you're the only bloke I'd be fearful of in a TVR rack in/out competition
