Midget required in magaluf

Bloke in work is going to magaluf for a stag do. Someone told him about a midget they had hired in Ibiza who handcuffs himself to the stag for 24 hours and leads the partying.
He wants to organise a midget.
Google has found lots of mg midgets but no small people to rent.

This all stems from an article that fhm did about 10 years ago where they hired a midget and painted him blue like a smurf then handcuffed him to a stag for a weekend in prague.

I remember the midget did have contact details for future hire but im guessing hes not doing it any more, it was some time ago.
