I'm on there a bit, it takes them a little while to register you initially but then you're ok.

Yep, took my roof off last summer and did the conversion with a friend. Great fun.

Is it because I have the touring pack? I’ve honestly always kept the roof on!

Other than sending another email, what else can be done to give the admin a nudge?
