I done it in september last year, not a too bad job, the diff is a bit awkward to get down when having the car on axle stands but is do able.
The upper bush is the hardest, however i made a drift up on the lathe and was able to hammer the bush out away from the car, but was a two man job at that stage to hold the bar and my dad hitting the bar to get it out, come out easy enough
I'm in the process of having to repair the threads on the upper mounting points as two of them are stripped, so hoping to be able to just remove the back plate and then reseal it up after.
I have the drift i made still in my tool box if you want to use it, its heavy but if you can collect t if your around the london area, that or can post out to you if you want it and saves buring that bush out under the fuel tank.
