Damaged my shoulder while playing golf
Discussion
I was wondering if someone could help me. Last week I thought it would be a great idea to releave some stress at my local golf club, and seeing as I have only just realised they have a driving range, I thought it would be ideal.
I had just finished warming up and gradually building up power in my swing, when I heard a tearing/clicking noise from my shoulder. This was very quickly followed by a lot of discomfort. Once the pain had subsided, for a few days I had a tingling sensation going down my arm. Currently there is no pain, but it is slightly uncomfortable and my shoulder clicks slightly, which it never used to do.
I know it is a difficult one to diagnose over the internet, or should I go to the (hopeless) doctors?
Thanks in advance,
Vince
