Why no Cerb?

Came across the VMAX200 web site via an article in the Telegraph motor section. I was expecting to see a Cerb or two in the hall of fame here but nothing.

Brummie is there in his 6.3 Cerbera @182mph.. I believe their noise restrictions are quite strict so would rule out most TVRs.
