Picked up some of these on the market today. (Cleveland for today, Romany for the freezer, fact hunts)
Absolutely first-rate sausages; meaty and flavoursome, not over-seasoned, not too greasy. Delicious, will be buying and eating more of these.
Some of their hand-cured bacon is in the fridge, too, awaiting sandwichification after a hike on the beach with the dogs tomorrow morning.
