When Scotland joined the Union.
no when the island of Ireland came under british rule and we will remain the United kingdom unless the fenians get their way ... even though the most likly way of getting a 'United Ireland' at present in the UK taking over the bankrupt hulk or Eire when /if it defaults on EU /IMF bailouts Edited by mph1977 on Monday 27th June 02:40
It wasnt BRIT tossers that killed the SAC and his six month old daughter at Wildenrath.
Nor the two SACs that were blown apart in Roermond, not will they heal the wounds of the fella that survived.
Same as the other SAC murdered the same night as that bomb when he was sleeping in his car or the two others that were shot?
What about the RAF Corporal killed at a VCP in 1989.
Bit distasteful that to be honest. Seeing as some republicans call themselves Fenians (Especially around Sion Mills and Strabane and across teh border) then I dont think him calling them that is stupid or offensive, saying that they want a United Ireland (which is why they are Republicans in the first place) isnt exactly out of line.
Hardly Unionist/Loyalist BS is it?
Im sorry but people say all the time that if the majority of Falklanders want to remain British citizens then thats what will happen. When the majority of state in the UK want to remain part of the UK well that makes them Brit tossers and Unionists/Loyalists which is being used as an insult these days. As if its something to be ashamed about.
I will agree he was less that eloquent in putting it across however.

Just out of interest do you know why it comes in to Birmingham? In case you are interested in the reason that's all.

I really hate seeing the C17 when it is flying over my head to BHX
Not because it is carrying heroes for treatment, but because they should never have been in the line of fire over there anyway.

Fair one, just didn't know if you knew why or not. I think there is something sombre about an aircraft used for that purpose.
At least they don't have AMBIWLANS all over them!
I'm quite proud that Brum has the SellyOak/QE Hospital tending to our military casualties, simply so very sad that they have so many to tend to. And a bloody great job they do of it too, even if the Miltary Hospitals have had to make way.
