Anyone watching?

Great performance so far. I've never been a massive fan of their albums but you can't deny that they're a quality live act.

What's the name of the wierd, neckless guitar like synth machine? Brilliant description there I'm sure you'll agree! I don't think I've ever seen another band use one before.

The shouty bloke ruined them for me, I always preferred the moodier, more melodramatic songs off of the first album over the stuff they do now.
I'm in the minority though.

I never realised they were an actual band, I always thought they were made up electronically. I don't own any of their music though but I might have to pick up one of their albums based on this performance.

Yeah, got to agree with you on that one. I much prefer their earlier stuff. Quality live set tonight, nonetheless. With or without Mr. Shouty!

Would like to know the name of the strange guitar like instrument that the vocalist is wielding though!

My mum and dad saw Pendulum live at the Eden project last night and said they were amazing. Jealous.

Eden Project as in the 'big garden centre' in Cornwall? Wow, I bet that was a great gig.

Highlights only by the looks of it, no live stuff and I'm assuming they did a fair bit more, I find it hard to imagine a Pendulum set without Slam.

Yes indeed. My dad got given tickets (so he says) and I begged and pleaded, but he lies pendulum as much as I do.

I think my mum had lots of alcohol before she went....

Yeah true. Probably be able to find more on YouTube in the next couple of days. No doubt complete with annoyingly bad audio and video quality!

Hehe, given tickets to Pendulum @ Eden - can't grumble at that! Bet the acoustics were impressive.

BBC might have it online later, waiting to see their set list pop up there.

Used to like them, now just think their pretty awful tbh.

Their music is so so simple, no real depth to it, its just a stupid chant-able synth riff over some drumming.

Their MC is also pretty cringeworthy.
