??The one in the clip is a V16 - the H16 was used in much later BRMs from around the mid / late 60's

God Save The Queen at the end of a race
I give you http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1JPBdBIFGNQBRM V16 - I was at a race meeting at Donington many many years when they had three of the beats on the track at the same time.
They had their own car, Nick Masons car & a third one although i dont know whose car that was.
What a noise they made. IIRC they shut down the whole circuit into total silence so that the noise could be hear around the track - i was at the bottom of the Craner Curves & you could hear the noise bouncing off the circuit walls as the cars lapped the track & hammered down the straight under the old Dunlop Bridge.
I seem to recall that they even managed to delay flights into & out of East Midlands airport for few minutes as well.
It is well worth buying the two books produced about Nick Masons cars because both have a CD of engine noises whcih includes the BRM V16, D-Type Jaguar, McLaren F1 GTR to namE but three.
Put it in your CD player, turn it up loud & listen to the roar of the V16.
Quite simply the best race car engine noise ever.

You genuinely think that's the best engine sound ever in F1?
