Divorce related sales can be good for buyers. A mate of mine sold his car well under market on the basis that it went quickly, he was only going to get half of the sale price and he had no where to keep in the place he was renting.

He did do a first right of refusal on it, which the buyer honered a couple of years later and my mate looked at as an interest free loan with some new driveshafts thrown in!

Not sure everyone would be that honourable though..

Some one has got themselves a real bargain, the last two owners of this car have been real enthusiasts, as most Griff owners are.

Feel for David and the circumstances in which he has been forced to sell.

Hopefully the new owner will be at the Growl with the car.

I don't know what to say. I'm utterly speechless. David must have been in a really tight spot. I hope all turns out well for him.

For those that don't know me I owned this car for 5 years before selling to David, and went through everything on it, spending a lot of time and money.
