Nikon D2X verses D90

I already have a D90 with a 70-200 2.8 lens as well as a couple of others and a friend wants to sell his D2X.
He has offered it to me at £350 and it is in very good condition, what would i get etra out of it over the D90 ?

Plus more weight, and a lovely ergonomic design and some clever batteries, frustration every time you dial in more than 500 ISO and a very satisfying buzz when you turn the dial up to high speed for a nine-burst bracketing shot! Oh and much easier to deal with just any old Nikkor lens, manual and all.

But the price is a steal - make sure it's updated to the later (D2Xs) firmware.
