'My stuff' at the bottom of the page

Has everyone lost the 'my stuff' and other bits from the bottom, where the adverts are now?

It may well be that I've pressed a button that I shouldn't have and made them disappear from my screen, but any suggestions to get them back would be appreciated, they were handy little devils

ETA: it's there when I'm in this thread, but not in the general gassing station bit. has it always been like that?!
