Terrestrial and freeview reception borked? (East Anglia)

I know it's been a bit warm today, and perhaps my TV aerial has expanded a bit too far, but TV reception's really gone to pot. At the moment all channels are fuzzy, BBC2 is flickering in/out and the Freeview box has completely given up!

Anyone else around here suffering?

What's the betting that come the 6th July switchover I'll have nowt...
