It's out today around 10pm. If you have Infamous 2 a code came with that or of you are a Plus subscriber (everyoe should be atm) you can access it.

isn't it the multiplayer beta? see I don't care about the MP aspect, never touched it in uncharted 2.

Suppose it will show off the engine though.

I platinumed both Uncharteds and at first wasn't fussed on multiplayer. But it's a lot of fun and I really enjoy it

I like the multiplayer on this.
Obvously only really buying it for the single player, but it's good to know the MP will be as solid and fun as this.
Spent quite a lot of time on UC2 MP, more than I thought I would.
Going to be GOTY without a doubt.
