Best driving destinations

Not necessarily the best driving roads. Just where a true petrolhead should aspire to drive a car?

I've done few european roadtrips so have Alps, Monaco, Nurburgring, autobahns etc covered. Also I've driven through Scottish highlands.

Other that I'm planning to visit before I die:
- Road trip in Norway (fjords etc)
- Tasmania - my next destination, hopefully this November. I've found an awesome website that has BMW Z3s for rent for $50 per day and MX-5s for $40
- Isle of Man
- Pikes Peak
- Roads around LA in a muscle car (Mulholland Drive etc)
- Ireland, all around really

What else should be on my list?

definitely the black forest in germany all around the ring! there unbelieveable!

Route Napoleon to Monaco. Fantastic driving road to get there, and you are surrounded by exotica at your destination!

Blue Ridge Parkway/Skyline Drive in Virginia/West Virginia (also known as the Tail of the Dragon) first thing in the morning when there is no one about to see you exceed the 20mph(!) speed limits

South Island New Zealand....the roads are pretty ordinary but the views and the scenary are just incredible.
