Garmin Nuvi 550 or Zumo 660
Discussion
I've currently got an old Quest, which you can no longer update the maps on, so was going to get a new satnav for this years European holiday. The unit I get has to be waterproof, so I was looking at the Nuvi 550 and the Zumo 660.
The Nuvi is much more attractive price wise, but I am slightly dubious about the fact that it is a few years old now, and I believe the Zumo is a much newer design, so not sure whether to spend the extra and get the Zumo, although I would then need to get the car mount as well.
Regarding the Zumo, does anyone know if you can still hear instructions from the unit out loud, and if the car mount also powers it?
