vectra c help please guys

Hi guys, i bought myself a cheap 2002 1.8 vectra today and was after some help if possible.
When driving and I dip my clutch to change gear, the revs keep slightly rising, and its quite annoying lol, any ideas ?
Also there is a knocking noise coming from the back of the car, sounds asif the exhaust is constantly hitting the underside of the car, again, any ideas ?
Also guys there is oil in my water, but the car drives fine, drove it 100 miles home yesteday and the temperature only ever went up when sat still for a while, when driving it was always at the bottom. Any ideas ?
there is also no signs of mixture on the oil cap or the dipstick, could it be oil cooler and if so am i still ok to drive the car for now ?
