I'm after a pair of 2 seater sofas for the an apartment, been looking through Ebay and Ikea plus a few more of the usual suspects. Has anyone got any trusted suppliers or places they would recommend?

I'd be looking at ex display / seconds for a rental property.

This place is near me - got a 2 seat leather sofa bed for my home office for 200 quid from 600 new. It had some chewing gum on one of the cushions which didn't take long to clean up.

Bought a couple for our place in Cornwall and they're well made, comfortable and well priced (and made in GB).

Nothing to do with them but we collected from the factory in a rented van which got a holed radiator within five minutes of leaving . Eventually got relayed halfway home but had to pick up a new van at the Somerset depot so offload one and load the other - me and the missus - and I can confirm that they are somewhat weighty items too.

I chucked a Land of Leather Dislay suite in my rental - for about 70% of the rrp.

This, my dad gets loads of stuff for his rentals for 99p. Including perfectly serviceable sofas!
