Reluctant Third Gear

So on my (somewhat longer than usual) drive to work today I had the opportunity to stretch the cars legs a little. As she heated-up the gearbox became recalcitrant, especially 2nd - 3rd gears.

Crazy bear is a good choice - 5 min walk from my office!
