Rang up today for my insurance renewal with Admiral was a very reasonable £472 fc last year had one claim back end of last year which is still ongoing >Ah that will be £832 this year im like bloody hell how can it go up £350 because of one claim?

Mine went from £300ish with Admiral to £420ish with no change in circumstances. With some gentle persuasion on the basis that I wasn't happy we compromised roughly in the middle.

Chris, shop around, you may be surprised - like I was when I recently renewed my Merc.

Hi Rob
Went on compare the market Elephant have qouted £640 fc so thats a good start.Will try some other companys as mentioned on here and let you know how i get on.

Does this mean that Admiral/Elephant have seen the light and no more will we be entertained by quotes of £230!! Oh well it was good while it lasted....

I paid £369 with Admiral this month including legals and personal injury etc

£460 from CCI last month without a shread of NCB and all mods declared.

Insurance companys are really piling it on this year,
I just got quoted £813 for a year plus 5 track days with C.C.I. Full No claims, 720BHP mind. evil

I put mine on my trade policy at no extra cost and im 25! result!

Haha, sorry thought I was on the Ultima forum, 720 bhp from a purposely de-tuned LSX V8. (centrifugal supercharger).

My M400 now insured with Henderson Taylor after Hagerty have stopped doing Nobles. Policy was £475 but has unlimited trackday cover with £1500 xs for the trackdays. Mathew Taylor gave excellent service and advice (I don't work for them)
