Having never bought a Benz before, what should I be looking out for when viewing / test driving a 2005 W211 350?
It's done around 60k, and seems to have all the toys.

Any tips would be much appreciated.

Aside from the usual buying a used car advice check that the servicing hasn't been skimped on and that the additional service items have been done each year, not just oil changes - the gearbox oil should have been changed at about 36k miles/3 years, brake fluid every couple of years.

A comprehensive service history, decent branded tyres and the like would indicate it's been looked after, don't think those cars have any particular faults (I have a 2008 diesel W211) aside of the now done away with SBC brake unit which was apparently problematic - my car was built post-SBC so don't know much about it, a quick google brings up plenty info however. Obviously make sure all electrics work properly, there's lot of them!
