How to find a tenant? (St.Albans)

Are there any reliable websites for finding a tenant or two to fill an empty flat? Got an empty flat in St.Albans!

I have used Easyroommate.co.uk in the past to find lodgers, but probably best using an estate agent to deal with any hassle.

We have always managed to rent ours (not in St. Albans) with either the local paper (costs around £20 usually) or Gumtree - tenants found evey time within a couple of days of the advert appearing.
