No, it's not because they are foreign that they drive in the middle and right hand lane, it's probably more likely that they are sick of the drive they are just impatient to get there quicker than fannying around moving from lane to another. It also irritates passangers with constant lane changing. (said to me before by a taxi driving friend of mine who does this type of journey regularly)

well that is a rather naive and stupid thing for you to say. But then again, asking a question and then proceding to answering it with some xenophobic drivel is I suspect, probably par for the course for you. I could be wrong, in which case I apologies, but somehow, the bigger part of me doubts it very much.

Yep pretty much , unfortunatly i work at an Airport and have to deal with these non-indicating rulers of the road every other day .

We used to use a company to take us to the airport and one of their regular drivers was a 60ish year old german chap called helmut. He used to think he was still on the autobahn I think as speeds of 120mph were not uncommon. He seemed safe enough and it got us home quicker. He did lose his licence in the end though.
