Website where you hire cars from the general public?

I remember reading on a thread recently about a website that hires privately owned cars?

Does anybody know what it's called? I had a quick look around after seeing it a while back, looked like an intersting concept...

Never heard of this before.

Surely you'd have to be brave / stupid to allow anyone to hire anything other than a complete shed.
