dear PH finance guru's

looking to get a mortgage - we'll have less than 40% LTV will we get benefit by seeing a good IFA or have the high street got nothing better for lower LTV's?

Really would like an offset too as this has worked well

any ideas

It's always worth seeing someone independant, even if only to save you the legwork of sourcing and comparing products and then the processing of the application etc.

A good independent adviser will not only ensure you've got the cheapest deal but will also save you all the hassle, thoroughly worthwhile as lenders are a pain to deal with at the moment.
