If you bought it direct from Goodwood take the email confirmation to the ticket collection point

I was told on monday by a chap at their booking office that they do not sell tickets on the gate, advance bookings only.

sorry - I meant touted tickets, I've seen them being touted on previous years but have never had need of one before!
