thank goodness for brokers like a plan.
a well known direct insurer has effed me about this week something chronic.
my car has variously been:
a mini cooper
a mini cooper s
but until i have received the documents and again challenged them never been a ruddy cooper s chili.
the fvckers wanted another 76 quid even though they knew what the damned car was.
so i now have no nose because i am just paying A Plan an extra 60 quid (over and above the 76) to insure the thing. instead of dimwits in a chicken run you get to speak with people who know what they're talking about and who, perish the thought, actually answer the phone.
i pity those of you who are really young and still have to use these useless sods becaus eyou have no choice at all. they're flipping hopeless.
..what if i was the archetypal northern hairdresser..? i'd be underinsured or even uninsured if the cooper n/a debacle had run its course.

You could always report them to the ombudsman...
at the end of the day they'd find a awy out of it. i am happy to just have cancelled my business with them and not been forced into staying with them.the final lady i spoke to was actually really nice too...
i think if they'd have just acknowledged the mistake of the chili issue i'd have let them off but it's quite clear to me that they know what they're doing on that one....
