Toxic fume warning light

Was driving to work today and the fume light started flashing on my car and was suddenly pretty under powered (was going up a hill but wasn't really getting anywhere).
After googling some advice appears to be I need to change the ignition coil. This seems to make sense to me as recently it has had some issues starting.
Just wondering if any of the PH massive have any further ideas/advice.

Car - Renault Clio 02 1.2 58,000 miles

Crank or camshaft sensor. I'd go the former, first.

First port of call should be your mechanic.

Update guys. Just drove back from work, light came on at the start bit had normal power. Half way home the light went off. Unsure what to do now, any advice would be appreciated
