Some interesting prices at Bonhams today - hard to tell the condition of many of the cars;

http://www.bonhams.com/cgi-bin/public.sh/WService=...

Aston V8 (To be sold with no reserve) - take a guess at the price anyone?

£59,800 perhaps?

Try - Sold for £5,980 inclusive of Buyer's Premium

Bet you wish you'd been there now, eh?!!!!

I'm thinking that must be a typo.

At that money I'd nail it to the wall and spend my weekends just looking at it.

Ripe for restoration...

Certainly not a £60k motor if needing a resto, I dont think its a typo.

A complete restoration project, worth exactly what was paid for it, that picture could not be more misleading!

This is a useful tool for finding out how much a particular model is selling for at Auction;

http://www.classiccarsforsale.co.uk/view-classic-a...

Not least when you find the dealer selling on the car (perhaps after a little fettling...) for a tidy mark-up...
