Popped in today as i was passing, sorry about the poor quality pics, will go back again with my proper camera for some better pics.

Sorry to interject this, but yes it was. It has since then been relocated to the site supplying Land Rover and Range Rover.

Ah, OK, ta. I've been in the RR showroom but don't know where the Land Rover showroom (now McLaren) is.

Rolls showroom is about half a mile up the road from Mclaren. Do you know this area well Woody?

Nah, not really. Been there a couple of times as my sis and he family live relatively close by (Macc area). I'd reply on SM, but for some reason, its going slow for me today.

So is the Manchester showroom "Open by Appointment only", as the London showroom is? Or can you just wander in and do they let you take photos unhindered?

I went with my son, as mentioned above. Just knocked on the door and the nice lady came and let us in. The photo's were her idea so I'd just suggest a little politeness and you'll be fine.

I was there last sat , great looking showroom and the Guy was very nice showed me through the cars and explained some of the features . He asked me to come back during the week so he could give me a full run on the car and spec he couldn't have been more helpful , i took loads of pics

make the trip up it well worth it

As above. They are a friendly bunch of staff, just be polite and they will let you photograph for as long as you like.

Did you ever go back and take any more pictures at McLaren Manchester - looking for pictures of the silver car they had in the showroom in July 2011?

That F1 shower is from my era with McLaren and I probably did numerous events with that as a prop. Possibly the ex Mobil showcar or the Computer Associates one.
